Kimberly Loeb is a registered massage therapist, certified Rolfer™, Sivananda Yoga and Yoga Thrive (therapeutic Yoga for cancer) instructor, Yanumoja Yoga therapist and Wise Earth Ayurveda practitioner. She has been practicing and teaching Ayurveda and Yoga in the United States and Canada since 2003, and began exploring bodywork and massage in 2009.
Kimberly has completed over 2,000 hours of training, and has studied with local and international teachers such as Kelly Grey, Laura Phelps, Nikki Manzie, Saul David Raye and Susi Hately Aldous. She studied cancer support massage with Lauren Muser Cates (founding member and president of the Society for Oncology Massage), and is certified to offer Ayurvedic snehana treatments and marmatherapy through the Three Winds Academy, Thai bodywork through the Ritam School of Healing Arts, therapeutic massage through the Boulder College of Massage Therapy, Rolfing® S.I. through the Rolf Institute® of Structural Integration and private Yoga instruction through Pacific Rim College. Kimberly holds a bachelor’s degree in the philosophy and practice of Ayurveda and Yoga from Prescott College, and has taught on the Pacific Elements Yoga teacher training faculty.
Embracing healing as a journey that balances body, mind and spirit, Kimberly’s work is rooted in the understanding that vibrant, lasting health is not about instantaneous results and is only possible with balanced lifestyle practices and conscious choices.
